OREANDA-NEWS. A conference on adoption of a collective agreement for 2015 was held at JSC TANECO.

According to Chingiz Khalilov, the refinery Director of JSC TANECO, the Company processed more than 8.5 million tons of crude oil for the period under review and shipped more than 8.4 million tons of petroleum products to consumers. Today, the refinery loading in terms of the crude oil primary processing exceeds the average All-Russia rate by almost 20 percent.

Commissioning of the Combined Hydrocracking Unit was an event of great importance not only for TATNEFT, but for the whole Republic of Tatarstan. The Company started production of such popular and readily marketable products as Euro-5 diesel fuel and RT, TS-1, Jet A-1 aviation kerosene. Production of pilot batches of groups II and III base oils was tried and tested . The commissioning of the Combined Hydrocracking Unit allowed increasing light products yield from 48 to 68 percent.

Social achievements of the employees’ team also were noted at the conference along with the production success. As Gulnara Muzipova, Chairwoman of the JSC TANECO’s Trade Union Organization, pointed out all the provisions of the Collective Agreement had been fully implemented. The Administration and the Trade Union Committee of the Company continued working together in such areas as health and safety, provision of housing and health improvement of the employees, cultural and sports activities. 

High estimate of the collective labor and social protection of TANECO’s employees was made in the reports of Elvira Dolotkazina, Deputy Head of Nizhnekamsk Municipal District, Vladimir Karpov, Head of JSC TATNEFT’s Department for Crude Oil and Oil Products Sales and Gumar Yarullin, Chairman of the Trade Union Organization of JSC TATNEFT.

According to Leonid Alekhin, General Director of JSC TANECO, the main tasks for the current year include starting commercial production of base oils, beginning of the delayed coker, naphtha hydrotreating unit and heavy gas oil coking unit comprehensive testing, as well as increasing the ratio of the light oil products to 77 percent.

The conference ended with signing of the Collective Agreement for 2015 and awarding the best employees and authorized labor protection persons.
