Passengers could try culinary masterpieces by Thierry Mona — the chef of LSG Sky Chefs — and dishes from the virtuosos of international gastronomic scene: Michelin starred French chef Joel Garo and eminent experimenter Andrey Shmakov, participants of the international festival "Russian Gastronomic Seasons" in Monaco.

Those with the most demanding taste could be pleased by roasted duck leg with red cabbage and berries with Red Wine sauce by Andrey Shmakov, chef of Moscow Metropol Hotel restaurant, or monkfish with black rice, asparagus and cherry tomatoes with mandarin sauce with saffron by Joel Garo, chef of Le Vistamar de l’H?tel Hermitage Monte-Carlo restaurant. Your dinner could be finished with a dessert: elegant and light carrot cake prepared by Kamel Benamar of Moscow’s Vanile restaurants.
