Zain Bahrain unveiled its new state of the art experience center
OREANDA-NEWS. Zain Bahrain, the most innovative telecom operator in the Kingdom, unveiled its new state of
the art experience center located in the heart of Bahrain City Centre.
“The opening of our new experience center at the Bahrain City Centre echoes our long-term growth strategy and vision to provide the most innovative service and products and create a truly seamless customer experience. We have also recently invested in further developing our network and expanding into new areas; allowing us to provide a stronger coverage to our growing customer base,” said Zain Bahrain’s General Manager, Mohammed Zainalabedin.
The Zain Bahrain City Centre shop is open 7 days a week, daily from 10am to 10pm on weekdays and 10am until midnight on weekends and is located near Gate 5 at Bahrain City Centre.
Zain’s new experience center is designed to act as a one-stop shop for sales and customer services. Customers will be welcomed to a friendly meet-and-greet and user-friendly environment. Seamless experience of customers is further enriched where they can browse through interactive screens for the latest offers as well as hands-on demonstrations of mobile and broadband through the latest handsets, tablets and laptops.
Equipped with the latest Customer Visit Management system, customers can also schedule an appointment at any Zain shop according to their convenience. Another key feature launched in the new store is the ‘Live Chat Service” with Zain Bahrain Customer Care, where customers will be able to interact with customer care agents via an interactive platform located in the City Centre branch.
“We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new experience center in Bahrain City Centre which covers a much bigger space allowing us to introduce a number of innovative features and services. The shop follows our new retail strategy which aims to deliver top-of-the-notch experience for our customers when they walk into any of our 22 retail touch-points across the Kingdom,” said Ammar Al-Ketbi, Retail Sales Manager from Zain Bahrain.
Zain’s new flagship experience center also hosts a dedicated team for Signature customers as well as Smart Desk to cater to all technical service requirements.
