AvtoVAZ, which since January of 2015 has moved its dealers on a 100 percent prepayment, allowed to buy the February quota not immediately, but by parts - as manufacturing the order. According to the newspaper "Vedomosti", with reference to Lada dealers, conditions became more comfortable, because after a sharp rise in the key rate of the Central Bank increased the cost of credit, lending conditions were tightened by banks - it became difficult to divert large amounts at once. Not all dealers can redeem immediately the whole quota, so the system has become more flexible - this approach will increase the turnover, says the source of "Vedomosti".
In 2014, the Russian sales of Lada in Russia fell by 15% to 387,307 units.
