OREANDA-NEWS. February 02, 2015. The issue of the employment of IDPs can be resolved through the development of the country's small and medium businesses, Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Hennadii Zubko said today in Severodonetsk.

"The increase of SMEs’ weight in the country will become a safety cushion in the employment of Ukrainians, especially today when in Ukraine there are hundreds of thousands of internally displaced persons who need workplace. To create favorable conditions for the development of the business the Government has set a 2-year moratorium on inspections of business with total income up to UAH20 million a year," Hennadii Zubko.

He recalled that the Government signed with the European Investment Bank the Apex loan for SMEs and Mid-Caps (Ukraine). Loan amount is worth €400 million for lending of small and medium-sized businesses through Ukrainian banks at an interest rate of 1.5% per annum for 10 years.
