OREANDA-NEWS. The directive was drafted by the Ministry of Transport in line with Presidential Instruction No Pr-866 of 18 April 2014.

According to the presidential instruction on implementing measures to build a bridge across the Kerch Strait (hereinafter referred to as the Project), the Project should be completed no later than December 2018.

The signed directive designates  Stroigazmontazh as the only contractor responsible for designing and building the bridge across the Kerch Strait.
