OREANDA-NEWS. In December VNIIR shipped hardware and software package of Process Automation System consisting of 4 cubicles, pieces of equipment and automated working stations for RPA engineers and maintenance personnel for 110 kV Zubovskaya Substation (MOESK's facility).

Besides, installation supervision is scheduled for the first quarter of 2015.

In 2010 modernization started at Zubovskaya Substation in order to update existing power equipment. In recent years a new transformer was launched and iron-clad reactors were installed. VNIIR's products are intended to enhance reliability, management, self-descriptiveness and monitoring of substation's components, as well as to ensure safety of local and remote control via MOESK's control stations.
