OREANDA-NEWS. Expert RA Rating Agency (RAEX) upgraded Interregional Distribution Grid Company of Northern Caucasus management quality rating to A++.gq ("The highest level of management quality"). Earlier the Company had rating A+ ("High level of management quality").

The rating of the Company was positively influenced by high level of organization of the executive bodies' activities and control over financial and economic activities.

The rating was restrained by predominance of meetings of Council of Directors held by absentia over physical meetings, running at a loss according to IFRS and absence of ISO 9001 certificate.
