OREANDA-NEWS. Expert RA Rating Agency (RAEX) confirmed Construction Dept. No. 155 credit (long-term creditworthiness) rating A ("High level of creditworthiness"), downgraded sub-level from the second to the third and changed the outlook from "stable" to "negative". Negative outlook means the likelihood of mid term rating downgrade is high.

The rating of Construction Dept. No. 155 was positively influenced by high market positions of the Company, high liquidity ratios, high diversification of suppliers within the product costs, low share of the biggest buyer in the revenue structure and high diversification of the liabilities structure.

Low capital adequacy ratio, low level of financial information disclosure, low diversification of the Company activities and low level of business activity exerted restraining influence on the rating.
