Ryanair Announces It Will Open 6 New London Stansted Routes
OREANDA-NEWS. Ryanair, the UK's favourite airline, announced it will open 6 new London Stansted routes to Clermont, Cologne, Deauville, Edinburgh, Glasgow Intl and Ponta Delgada (Azores), as well as increased frequencies on 40 other routes, which will deliver over 17m customers p.a. and support over 17,000* "on-site" jobs at London Stansted Airport.
Ryanair's London Stansted summer 2015 schedule will deliver:
6 new routes: Clermont, Cologne, Deauville, Edinburgh, Glasgow & Ponta Delgada
130 routes in total (more than BA in LHR)
More flights & improved schedules on 40 other routes
Over 17m customers p.a.
Over 17,000* "on-site" jobs p.a.
Ryanair also announced it will also increase its London Stansted services to Glasgow and Edinburgh from 3 to 4 times daily for winter 2015, in response to phenomenal demand from business customers.
In 2015, Ryanair will connect London Stansted with many of Europe's major centres of business, including Barcelona (4 x daily), Cologne (2), Dublin (8), Edinburgh (4), Glasgow (4) Madrid (4), Milan (4) and Rome (4), offering business customers the largest range of destinations at the lowest fares, with the most flights, improved schedules and industry leading customer service.
2015 also marks Ryanair's 30th birthday. In 30 years, Ryanair has grown to become Europe's biggest airline, carrying 100m people annually, between 30 countries, and saving European customers over €11bn every year.
In London, Ryanair's Michael O'Leary said:

Ryanair will also increase frequency on our London Stansted routes to Edinburgh and Glasgow from 3 to 4 x daily, in response to phenomenal demand from UK customers, visitors and business travellers."
