OREANDA-NEWS. Expert RA Rating Agency (RAEX) confirmed Krasnodar credit rating A+, which means "Very high level of creditworthiness". The rating outlook is "stable".

In the course of the ranking, the Agency highlighted as positive factors low ratio of debt to value of the regional property and low share of debt servicing in the city expenses as well as high economic growth rates of the city.

High share of financial transfers in the revenue structure, slight reduction of foreign investments to the economy and impairment of the city budget balance restrained the rating score.
