OREANDA-NEWS. The JSC TATNEFT's Construction Projects Implementation Department (URPS) summed up the results of the production plans and workforce's collective agreement implementation for 2014.

The URPS supervised the projects related to the continued construction of the TANECO Complex, reconstruction of the "Nizhnekamsk CHP" and development of Ashalchinskoye extra-viscous oil deposits. The amount of RUR 20.4 billion was spent in the course of these projects implementation.

The Department's workforce ensured high construction preparedness of the combined hydrocracking installation and executed the planned volume of pre-commissioning works, which allowed starting production of clean Euro-5 diesel fuel, aviation kerosene of TS-1, RT, Jet A-1 grades and base oils  of groups II and III. Engineering design and construction works were also carried out at the hydrotreatment installations of diesel fuel, kerosene and naphtha; delayed coker; aromatics production complex and other off-site facilities to ensure their efficiency operation.

The URPS reached a new level in reconstruction of the Nizhnekamsk CHP in 2014: the works on the expansion of the main building, construction of a circulation pumping station, two towers and two fan coolers are close to completion now. The start of comprehensive testing of this facility is scheduled with the onset of more favorable temperature conditions. Commissioning of two turbines will add 350 MWt to the installed thermal power station capacity and bring it to 730 MW.

The main tasks assigned to the collective of the URPS for 2015 include:  implementation of the already started projects, completion of construction and installation works and starting pre-commissioning operations at the delayed coker; the priorities also include proceeding with CHP reconstruction and Ashalchinskoye extra-viscous oil field development.
It was pointed out at the meeting that the social commitments under the collective agreement had been successfully fulfilled during the reporting period.
