OREANDA-NEWS. January 26, 2015. Young specialists will be employed without probationary period in Kazakhstan.

This has been announced by Vice Minister of Education and Science Takir Balykbayev at a briefing of the Central Communications Service.

"In the Labor Code we have made two changes. (...) Young people under 18 years old and young specialists will be employed without a probationary period," he said.

The second change concerns the terms of employment contract with a young specialist. "The Labour Code says that the minimum term contract with a young specialist will be two years for now (before it was 1 year). We believe that the increase in this period will allow the young man to adapt, to express himself and to continue his activities," Vice Minister said.
