OREANDA-NEWS. Expert RA Rating Agency (RAEX) downgraded Transportny Commercial Bank credit rating to B++, which means "Acceptable level of creditworthiness". The negative outlook of the rating remained unchanged. Previously the Bank had A rating (the third sub-level) with the negative outlook.

Maintaining of the capital adequacy ratio at the low level during 2014, weak security of loan portfolio as well as temporary reduction of volume of additional liquidity sources due to sale of the government securities portfolio with the aim of the yield increase in the mid of December 2014 are highlighted among the factors exerting negative influence on the rating score of the Bank.

Key factors having a positive impact on the rating score of the Bank are good balance of assets and liabilities by their maturities in the long term and high profitability ratios.
