OREANDA-NEWS. Expert RA Rating Agency (RAEX) assigned Interregional Distribution Grid Company of the North - West management quality rating A++.gq ("The highest level of management quality").

The rating of the Company was positively influenced by high level of organization of the executive bodies' activities, system of control over financial and economic activities and corporate social responsibility system.

The rating was restrained by moderately non-transparent structure of ownership, predominance of meetings of Council of Directors held by absentia over physical meetings as well non-audit services rendered by the auditor.
