OREANDA-NEWS. January 23, 2015. Rosneft launched pilot operation at the Severo-Danilovskoe field located within the Danilovsky license area in the north of Irkutsk Region. The field is operated by public joint-stock company Verkhnechonskneftegaz, part of the Rosneft Group.

The pilot operation phase will last three years during which three wells will be flow-tested.

At the pilot operation phase, potentially possible field production volumes will be determined. The wells drilled at the Severo-Danilovskoe field in 2012-2014 passed tests, commercial oil flows were up to 216 tons a day.
