OREANDA-NEWS. January 22, 2015. Russian airline Aeroflot has doubled its flights between Moscow and Tallinn to two each day, one in the morning and one in the evening.

The new flight will take off from Tallinn at 10:50 and 20:05 each day, shortening waiting times for connections to many other Russian cities, to neighboring countries and to destinations in Asia.

The additional flights began on January 12 and are serviced by Sukhoi Superjet and Airbus A320-type aircraft.

The move comes at a time when some long-haul carriers on routes from northern Europe to Asia are avoiding Russian and Ukrainian airspace completely.
