Expert RA Rating Agency (RAEX) downgraded credit (long-term creditworthiness) rating of TIB Holdings to B+ ("Sufficient level of creditworthiness") and changed the rating outlook from "stable" to "developing". Developing outlook means rating stability and downgrading are equally likely in the mid-term.

Medium high liquidity ratios, medium high level of equity adequacy, low share of accounts receivable in the assets structure exerted positive influence on the rating of the Company.

Business loss ratio, high level of debt burden, high currency risks, low level of financial information disclosure together with high share of the biggest counterpart in the accounts payable structure were highlighted among factors restraining the rating score.
