OREANDA-NEWS. AvtoVAZ will produce 25 pilot cars Lada Vesta in January, the company's president Bo Andersson. "As part of the development of production of a new model, AvtoVAZ will produce 25 cars Lada Vesta in January”, - said the head of plant, stressing that preparations for the serial production of the main premieres of 2015 is on schedule, with no gaps. To assemble the pilot Lada Vesta it was created a special production section at AvtoVAZ, wrote the agency "TASS”.

Lada Vesta was created on the new universal platform Lada B, developed by AvtoVAZ. Car design – is a derivative of the concept car Lada XRAY. According to Bo Andersson, AvtoVAZ will invest in the establishment of production of Lada Vesta 5 billion Rubles. Serial production of new items will begin on September 25th, 2015.

Recall that at the end of 2014 AvtoVAZ sent the first pilot Lada Vesta for the winter phase of testing in Germany - for fine-tuning of the system ABS and stability control. Vesta will return from Germany for the final stage of testing in Russia.
