From today onward, the inquiry service 164, providing the information about the amount of fees for communication services for individuals twenty-four-hours a day, becomes automate i.e. without operators for subscribers of Minsk.
A subscriber can dial the number of the inquiry service 164 using fixed-line phones belonging to an individual and get information about the amount of fees to be paid for that number. If a fixed-line phone has a tone dialing mode, as well as if one inquires from a mobile phone one need to follow voice guidance to get the information about the amount of fees to be paid for any number belonging to an individual.
One can get information about the charges for communication services dated the last month starting from the 7th day of the current month. To get information using the inquiry-service 164 is free of charge. Charge for the telephone connection with the number 164 using a fixed-line phone is collected in accordance with the local connection tariffs (for each complete and incomplete minute). Charge for the telephone connection with the number 164 using a mobile phone is collected in accordance with the tariffs of the corresponding mobile operator.
