OREANDA-NEWS. Expert RA Rating Agency (RAEX) assigned Gazprom-Media Holding credit (long-term creditworthiness) rating A+ ("Very high level of creditworthiness"). The first rating sub-level. The outlook is "stable", which means the likelihood of mid term rating stability is high.

High probability of financial support from the owner, medium low level of debt burden, high profitability and efficiency ratios, high level of capital adequacy and high assets increment rates exerted positive influence on the Company rating.

Medium low level of diversification by lines of business, high level of currency risks and low liquidity ratios were highlighted as factors restraining the rating score.
