OREANDA-NEWS. Expert RA Rating Agency (RAEX) assigned StarBank credit rating B++, which means "Acceptable level of creditworthiness", "developing outlook". Developing outlook means rating stability and change are equally likely in the mid-term.

The reason for rating downgrading was low adequacy of equity together with high level of capital immobilization due to investments in property, closed-end mutual investment property funds and other low - liquid assets. Downward pressure on the rating was also exerted by dependence of the Bank on corporate funds.
