OREANDA-NEWS. Expert RA Rating Agency (RAEX) confirmed non-state pension fund Vladimir reliability rating A++, which means "Exceptionally high (the highest) level of reliability". The rating outlook was changed from developing to stable. The stable outlook means the likelihood of mid-term rating stability is high.

The rating of NPF Vladimir is positively influenced by medium high level of capital adequacy for operating activities, high sufficiency of insurance reserve for coverage of possible losses from reserve placement and high liquidity.

Among rating-restraining factors medium low profitability from investing pension assets accrued on accounts, low diversification of pension assets by management companies and low ratio of capital adequacy to pension accruals were highlighted.
