OREANDA-NEWS. January 19, 2015. As it was informed in NBM, at the same time, the volume of deposits attracted in foreign currency (in terms of lei) grew by 8%-up to 33.6 billion lei.

At the same time, deposits in MDL decreased by 1.1% to 17.54 billion lei and in foreign currency (in the equivalent) increased by 1.5% to 16.75 billion lei. At the same time, the legal entities deposits in MDL increased by 48.3% to 15,27 billion lei and in foreign currency - by 14.6% to 16,85 billion lei, respectively.

The banks ' deposits in MDL increased by 16.5 times - from 0.33 to 5.45 billion lei and in foreign currency - by 11.7%- up to 7,29 billion to 8.14 billion lei. According to the NBM, the amount of the attracted deposits in MDL as of late November were as follows: Banca Sociala -6,45 billion lei (1.9 billion lei the previous month), Moldova-Agroindbank - 6.08 billion lei (6,18 billion lei), Banca de Economii-5.65 billion lei (4,89 billion), Moldindconbank - 4.62 billion lei (4.7 billion), Victoriabank - 3,88 billion lei (3.89 billion lei).

At the same time, the amount of the attracted deposits in foreign currency (in terms of leis) as of late of November was as follows: Banca Sociala -8,09 billion lei (3.1 billion lei a month before),Victoriabank - 5.93 billion lei (5,02 billion lei), Moldova-Agroindbank - 5,04 billion (4,69 billion lei), Moldindconbank -3.87 billion lei (3.58 billion lei), Banca de Economii - 3 billion lei (4.5 billion lei), Unibank - 1,94 billion lei (4,65 billion lei). At the same time, the greatest amount of the individuals’ deposits in lei as of late of November was registered in Moldova-Agroindbank- 4 billion lei (4,08 billion lei the previous month), Moldindconbank- 3.2 billion lei (3.18 billion lei), Banca de Economii - 2,88 billion lei (2.87 billion lei), Victoriabank- 2,58 billion lei (2,64 billion). Most of the deposits of individuals in the foreign currency as of late of November 2014 accounted for: Moldova-Agroindbank - 4,08 billion lei (3.95 billion lei a month before), Victoriabank - 3.73 billion lei (3.67 billion lei), Moldindconbank -2,98 billion lei (2,94 billion lei).
