OREANDA-NEWS. Starting from January 7, 2015, IrAero airlines, a partner of NOVOSIBIRSK International Airport, commences operation of direct scheduled flights from Novosibirsk to Noyabrsk. Flights will be operated on Wednesdays and Sundays on Bombardier CRJ-200 aircraft. Flight 277 departs from Novosibirsk at 08:10, return Flight 278 from Noyabrsk - at 23:10. Local time applies. For the first time since 2009, flights from Novosibirsk to Noyabrsk will be performed not only during the summer period but year round.

NOVOSIBIRSK International Airport is the largest air hub in Russia east of the Urals on major transit routes between Europe and Asia. The capacity of domestic terminal makes up to 1,800 passengers per hour, while the international terminal capacity - up to 750 passengers per hour. The airport has two runways of ICAO I and II Categories. In 2013 the passenger traffic exceeded 3.7 mln passengers and cargo traffic totalled 29.9 thousand tons of cargo and mail handled.
