OREANDA-NEWS. Nasdaq Vilnius decided on January 15, 2015 to change the reason due to which the observation status is applied to ?moni? grup? „Alita“, AB  (AGP1L, ISIN code: LT0000128266).

Observation status as of January 15, 2015 will be applied due to reason that from January 16, 2015, a mandatory tender offer to buy ?moni? grup? „Alita“, AB ORS (ISIN code LT0000128266) is launched. Simultaneously the reason due to which the observation status was applied as of 2011-09-08 has ceased to exist. 

The purpose of applying observation status is to alert the market participants.
