Deficit of Moldova’s Trade Balance Down 2,2%
OREANDA-NEWS. January 16, 2015. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, the import-export coverage was 44.9% within the first 11 months of 2014 against 45% reported for the like period of 2013.
The biggest trade balance deficit Moldova displayed with China in January-November, 2014; it amounted to USD420.5 million, down 1.2% as compared with the same period of 2013.
Then follow Ukraine- USD 407.5 million (-13.6%); Romania - USD 350.8 million (+30.9%); Germany- USD 259.2 million (+1.3%); Russia - USD 215.5 million (twice as much); Turkey - USD 175.8 million (-20.9%); Italy- USD 93.5 million ( down 36.5%); Poland - USD 85 million (up 73.5%), Austria- USD 83.2 million (down 17.6%), Hungary - USD 74 million (down 2.6%) and France - USD 52.3 million, (down 18.3%).
