As announced earlier, following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of January 8, 2015, bonds KZP03Y07D701 (KZ2C00003069; KZT1,000, KZT100.0 bn; January 14, 2015 – January 14, 2022, annual coupon 8.75 % p.a., 30/360) of Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty) were included in the Other Securities category of KASE official list.

The Listing Commission decision is effective as of January 14, 2015 as the issuer fulfilled terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of Article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
