In recent days, seven national departments (National Development and Innovation Committee, National Environment Protection Department, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information, Ministry of Finance, Department of Commerce and National Bureau of Statistics) jointly published the first batch of roll calls to pass acceptance of pilot demonstration unit of national circulation economy, TISCO is honored in the roll calls, it is of vital importance for TISCO to facilitate the circulation economy and enhance the level of green development.
       
In 2007, TISCO was ascertained as the pilot demonstration unit of national circulation economy. For many years, TISCO considers building the greening steelworks as the pre-condition of existing and basis of development, further more increasing the working strength of circulation economy of energy saving and emission reduction, revamping the production process of mining, coking, sintering, ironmaking, steelmaking and steelrolling etc. via phasing out lagging production facilities and replacement of technical upgrading, equipped with a series of pilot demonstration projects of circulation economy of energy saving and environment friendly, taking the lead of application of global advanced process and technology of circulation economy of energy saving and emission reduction, realizing the optimization of production fuel structure and step utilization of energy mix, raising the availability of resources circulation and improving the environment quality.
       
At present, all the solid wastes during the process at TISCO can be comprehensively utilized, there is no discharge of industrial effluents, greatly decreasing pollutant emission, taking shape of the circulation economy industry chain of three matters--solid, liquid and gas of “low energy consumption, low pollution, low emission and high beneficial result”, indexes of comprehensive energy consumption of steel per ton and fresh water consumption of steel per ton and various pollutants emission have been up to advanced standards, and  TISCO has become the integration creation base, popular application base and green products production base of advanced technique of energy saving and environment friendly, a new road for green conversion of urban steelworks.
       
Next step, TISCO will continue implementing the green development strategy, building the model of global green steelworks is our goal, unceasingly creating circulation economy, pushing forward the standardization construction of circulation economy, formulating the circulation economy industry chain of complete gaseous, liquid state and solid wastes, facilitating the conversion of realizing small circulation inside the enterprise into the social big circulation, constructing the urban type of steelworks characterized with creating value, taking responsibility, being respected and green development, achieving the greater level of green development, circulation development and low carbon development.
       
The acceptance of first batch of pilot demonstaration units of national circulation ecnomy was sponsored by National Development and Innovation Committee and National Environment Protection Department etc. seven departments, and third party advisory body was entrusted to audit the process. In order to supervise these roll calls from social walks of life, the roll calls of first batch of pilot demonstration units of national circulation economy were announced to the public.
