OREANDA-NEWS. January 15, 2015. In December of the previous year consumer price index grew by 0.8%, while annual inflation in 2013 made up 5.2%.

As it was informed in the National Bureau of statistics, in December 2014, the average prices for food products increased by 1.4%, for nonfoods increased by 0.5%, and tariffs for services rendered to population increased by 0.1%. At the same time, in 2014, the average growth of food prices made up 5.1%, non food prices- 6.5%, while rates increased by 1.6%. According to the official statistics, in December 2014 rates on pome fruits grew by 13%, fresh vegetables - by 8%.

Thus, price for peppers grew by 22.3%, tomatoes by 13.9%, cabbage - by 12.9%, eggplant - 10.8%, carrot - by 8.3%, cucumbers - by 4.9%, beet - by 3.5%, garlic - 3.4%. Potato prices in December grew by 6%, cereals (in particular buckwheat) 4.9%, eggs - by 3.4%, cheese, sour cream and cream - 1.2%. At the same time, in December dropped prices for citrus - 5.8%, corn flour - 3.9%, exotic fruits - 1.5%, lamb and sugar - 1,4%, pork - by 0.9%. Among non-food products in December 2014 was marked by the growth of prices on baby coat - 3.9%, washing machines - 3%, small appliances - 2.7%, gas cookers and computers - by 2.4%, jackets, coats for women - by 1.8%, cars, carpets, chairs, electric cooktop - 1.7%, refrigerators - 1.6%, personal hygiene products - by 1.5%, air conditioners, heaters, cameras - by 1.4% , TVs, camcorders, fur hats for men and women - from 0.7% to 1.4%. At the same time was decreased the price of fuel for cars - 1.8%, liquefied gas in cylinders - 1%.

Among the services rendered in December 2014 was marked an increase in monthly rates for international passenger rail services - 3.6%, services physiotherapy - 3%, airfreight services - 2%, manufacture of furniture, paid medical services and personal care - 1.1%. At the same time, the fee for the maintenance of the child care centers and kindergartens decreased by 1.6% and repair of personal goods - 1.3%.
