OREANDA-NEWS. Expert RA Rating Agency (RAEX) assigned Edisonenergo credit (long-term creditworthiness) rating A, which means high level of creditworthiness, the first sub-level. The rating outlook is "stable". The stable outlook means the likelihood of mid term rating stability is high.

The rating was positively influenced by high probability of financial support by the owner whose parent company has a sovereign credit rating, high quality of strategic planning of the project, experience in implementing similar projects, high level of organization of the project operating management and risk management.

Initial stage of the project implementation, absence of all necessary permits and approvals, absence of possibilities for leveraged financing and documented arrangements with potential lessees were highlighted as the rating-restraining factors.

Expert RA is Russian rating agency working on a global scale, incorporated in 1997 by Expert magazine.

Expert RA was evaluated and certified as satisfying to ISO 9001:2008 demands in the following areas: assigning and actualizing expert assessments; analysis of markets and companies, survey activity; organization of business-forums, conferences and round tables.
