The iShares MSCI Target US Real Estate UCITS ETF provides investors with access to the performance of the MSCI USA Liquid Real Estate Index.
The reference index comprises US real estate funds (REITs), real estate companies and liquid fixed-income securities. Inflation-linked US government bonds are used to reduce the effects of leverage, volatility and equity market performance on returns. The product offering in Deutsche Börse’s XTF segment currently comprises a total of 1,049 exchange traded funds.
