OREANDA-NEWS. Expert RA Rating Agency (RAEX) confirmed non-state pension fund NEFTEGARANT reliability rating A++, which means "Exceptionally high (the highest) level of reliability". The outlook is "stable".

The rating was positively influenced by conservative structure of pension reserve investment and property for charter operations as well as low actuarial risks.

Quite low level of sufficiency of property for charter operations with regard to the Fund's expenditures and pension liabilities coverage provision as well as low yield on clients' accounts under non-state pension schemes were named as the rating-restraining factors.
