OREANDA-NEWS. Expert RA Rating Agency (RAEX) downgraded UralCapitalBank credit rating to B+, which means "Sufficient level of creditworthiness". The "developing" outlook means rating stability and change are equally likely in the mid-term. Earlier the Bank had rating B++ "Acceptable level of creditworthiness" and "developing" outlook.

As positive factors the Agency highlighted good balance of assets and liabilities by maturities in the short- and long-term, high level of the loan portfolio coverage as well as low level of accepted currency risks.

Main factor exerting pressure upon the rating score is a significant dependence of the Bank on the funds of the largest creditor and substantial payments within the validity period of the rating score.
