OREANDA-NEWS. Expert RA Rating Agency (RAEX) confirmed Avtogradbank credit rating A+, which means "Very high level of creditworthiness," the third sub-level, and changed the rating outlook from "negative" to "developing".

High level of equity adequacy, good balance of assets and liabilities by their maturities in the short-term, high level of loans security and moderately low concentration of active transactions with regard to major credit risk objects exert positive influence on the rating.

Among key negative factors the Agency highlights reduction of business volumes, low profitability ratios, dependence on funds of individuals as a funding source together with their low geographical diversification and risks associated with obligations to repurchase bad mortgage loans from refinancing organizations.

Expert RA is Russian rating agency working on a global scale, incorporated in 1997 by Expert magazine.
