OREANDA-NEWS. One of the pilot cars Lada Vesta, assembled at the end of 2014, was sent to Europe for testing and debugging of the system of exchange rate stability (ESP), which will be included as standard model.

According to AvtoVAZ, the active safety of the driver and passengers is laid originally at a high level, and in the upcoming tests it is planned to determine the optimal settings. On landfills for special purposes and on public roads Lada Vesta will be tested in accordance with international standards. Anti-lock and traction control systems, brake force distribution along the axes of the vehicle stability control, prevent rolling on the hill at the beginning of the movement - the specialists will evaluate carefully all processes.

Test in Europe - is the second step of three stages. System must pass adaptation in winter ranges, where the coatings have a low coefficient of friction. The first stage, associated with the summer test was successfully completed. The next summer it is scheduled for the third and final stage. This work is conducted in accordance with the schedule: AvtoVAZ will get all the necessary settings by the start of serial production, which is scheduled for September 2015.
