OREANDA-NEWS. Nasdaq Riga on January 29, 2015 will run State Insurance Agency’s owned JSC „Valmieras stikla Siedra” share auction. Number of shares auctioned is 575 000 shares.

Nasdaq Riga Members can participate in the auction. Members may submit their own orders and orders on behalf of their clients.

The auction will be open and orders will be accepted on the auction day January 29, 2015 from 09:00 EET till 13:00 EET (Latvian time). Order matching will take place at 15:30 EET on the auction day.

Securities are auctioned in euros. The tick size (the smallest allowed price movement) for share price in the order is EUR 0.01. The minimum price for JSC „Valmieras stikla siedra” shares that can be entered in orders is EUR 3.14.

Settlement date is February 2, 2015.
