OREANDA-NEWS. Circle Anglia Ltd response to being put under review by the Homes and Communities Agency

It has been published today that Circle Anglia Ltd (trading under Circle Housing) has been put under review by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).  This may have an impact on Circle Anglia's published compliant governance grading.

"We have been experiencing difficulties with our repairs and maintenance service and are taking this extremely seriously. It continues to be the highest priority for our Executive Team and Group Board, to improve service levels for our customers.

"We will work closely with the regulator in support of their review into aspects of our repairs and maintenance service."
