OREANDA-NEWS. A meeting of the JSC TANECO's Board of Directors chaired by Nail Maganov, General Director of JSC TATNEFT, was held in Nizhnekamsk.

In accordance with the agenda, the Board of Directors debriefed the reports of the Executive Directorate on the technical/economic and financial performance of TANECO for November. Under the operating mode of the refinery facilities, there were 719,386 tons of the refinery feedstock processed and 695,120 tons of oil products shipped in the reporting period.

The members of the Board of Directors approved the execution of the production plan, budget execution during the reporting period and approved the technical, economic and financial indicators for January and the first quarter of 2015.

The Board of Directors took into consideration the information about the construction progress of new technological installations and facilities of the TANECO Complex and recommended to continue constructive cooperation with design institutes, equipment suppliers and construction organizations in order to perform the work in a timely manner.

A number of other issues related to improving the efficiency of the enterprise management system were discussed and the work plan of the TANECO's Board of Directors for 2015 was approved at the meeting.
