OREANDA-NEWS. The City Service Group has acquired the apartment buildings administration company Namu Serviss Apse, operating in Liepaja, for 591 thousand euro. The total area of facilities, administered by the purchased company is more than 259 thousand sq. m.

In 2013 the turnover of Namu Serviss Apse reached more than 1.789 million euro.

"By acquiring a new company we took an important step in Latvia for the purpose of expanding our activities on the apartment buildings administration market", - says Jonas Janukenas, General Manager of City Service.
