OREANDA-NEWS. JSC Kazkommertsbank ("KKB" or the "Bank") (LSE: KKB; KASE: KKGB), one of the largest banks in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, today announces the following changes to its Board of Directors.

On 31 December 2014, the Board of Directors of KKB received a letter of resignation from one of its members Mukhtar S. Yerzhanov, who was also a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Yerzhanov served on the Board of Directors at KKB from April 2008, first as an Independent Director, and from September 2011 as a representative of JSC Central Asian Investment Company, a major shareholder.

The Board of Directors and the Management Board of of the Bank thank Mr.Yerzhanov for his contribution and wish him well.
