OREANDA-NEWS. January 06, 2015. Bank Vozrozhdenie has held the meeting of the Board of Directors.

All of the agenda items were previously discussed at the meetings of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee.

In connection with the Instruction of the Bank of Russia № 154-I dated July 17, 2014 to come into force on January 1, 2015 amending the existing system of remuneration in credit institutions, the Board of Directors of the bank has approved the Human recourses policy of Bank Vozrozhdenie, which determines the top-priority strategic directions of human recourses management and the Regulations on the employee compensation plans of Bank Vozrozhdenie defining the policy, the system and forms of the remunerations as well as the types of payments to the staff of the bank with a view to create supportive environment for their professional motivation and development as well as to deliver the financial results targeted by the bank. The approved documents either come into force on January 1, 2015.

With the purpose to fulfil the requirements of the Federal law № 208-FZ dated December 26, 1995 “On Joint-Stock Companies”, the Articles of Association and the Regulations on the executive bodies of Bank Vozrozhdenie, the Board of Directors consented combining by Lyudmila Goncharova, a member of the Management Board, a position of a member of the Board of Directors of Vozrozhdenie-Finanace LLC.
