OREANDA-NEWS. PSB Finance S.A. (the "Company"), announces today that Open Joint-Stock Company Promsvyazbank ("PSB") has purchased at market terms (the "Purchase") the notes issued by the Company as follows:

- Notes in the amount of 19 511 000 US\\$ of Series 3 Loan Participation Notes due 2015 (ISIN: XS0469856057), and

- Notes in the amount of 10 948 000 US\\$ of Series 4 Loan Participation Notes due 2016 (ISIN: XS0524658852).

Any purchase of Notes made pursuant to the Purchase will have regard for all relevant rules and regulations.

Following the Cancellation, the aggregate nominal amount of Notes outstanding will be:

- US\\$ 180 489 000 Loan Participation Notes of Series 3 due 2015, and

- US\\$ 189 052 000 Loan Participation Notes of Series 4 due 2016

The outstanding Notes remain listed on the London Stock Exchange. 

PSB or any of its subsidiaries may, from time to time, undertake any additional purchases of the Notes as it may decide in its absolute discretion depending on the market conditions prevailing at that time and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Notes.
