OREANDA-NEWS. Expert RA Rating Agency (RAEX) downgraded the rating sub-level of Proinvestbank from the second to the third. The Bank's credit rating remains at A level "High level of creditworthiness". The rating outlook is changed from stable to negative.

The rating sub-level review is due to low profitability of the Bank's business and its downward tendency.
