OREANDA-NEWS. KAMAZ expects to complete the tests the next year, to receive a certificate and to begin the test operation of new models of electric buses. It was announced by chief designer for automotive aggregates and special vehicles of science centre, Andrey Savinkov, by noting that at KAMAZ it was developed two new models of electric buses of high and low capacity. Vehicle length of 12 meters and a power reserve of 100 km is created on the base of bus "NEFAZ", 6 meters - Turkish bus Otokar (50 km), wrote the agency "Interfax-Volga".

Mr.Savinkov proposed to test buses in Kazan, the charging can be carried out in the trolleybus depot.
