OREANDA-NEWS. The Board of Directors of JSC "Quadra - Power Generation" at its meeting of 24 December 2014 took resolutions to elect Ekaterina Salnikova as chairman of the Board of Directors, and Vladlen Alexandrovich as General Director of JSC "Quadra - Power Generation".

In accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors of JSC "Quadra - Power Generation", Vladlen Alexandrovich became a member of the Management Board of JSC "Quadra - Power Generation".

Vladlen Alexandrovich graduated from Norilsk Industrial Institute with a major in "Economics and Company Management".

In 1986, he joined the Norilsk Order of Lenin Mining and Metallurgical Industrial Complex named after A.P. Zavenyagin. As from 2004, he worked for the administration of the city of Norilsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, and in 2007, he headed the Norilsk administration. In 2008-2010, he was the head of the Department for Housing Construction and Design Development of the Federal Housing Construction Promotion Fund. In 2010, he served as Deputy Executive Director for External Relations of "Group "Synthesis". From 2010 to 2013, Vladlen Alexandrovich headed JSC "TGC-2".
