OREANDA-NEWS. CIC Capital Limited ("CIC Services or Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Computershare Investor Services (Jersey) to act as the Company's share registrar.

Update on Share Distribution

CIC Capital Fund Ltd (Canada formerly listed on AIM "CIC Investment") will distribute by way of an in specie dividend to all Shareholders on its register on the record date the same number of shares in CIC Services as they currently hold in CIC Investment (the " Distribution").

The Record Date is 5 January 2015.

All future share distributions in client companies of CIC Services will be made based pro rata share of such distribution based on their shareholding percentage in CIC Services (which will be equivalent to their shareholding percentage in the Company).

The Company will establish initially "shelf Companies" and distribute at least 28% of shares to CIC Services shareholders to meet the free float requirements for listing of a minimum of 25 percent.

The next share distribution to CIC Services shareholders is in for CIC Gold Group Limited to follow  after the share distribution detailed above in CIC Services.

CIC Services shareholders will have the opportunity to minimise investment risk byway of holding CIC Service client company shares.
