Ukrtelecom Completes Implementation of New Business Management Model
OREANDA-NEWS. In 2014, Ukrtelecom implemented structural changes aimed at business performance improvement.
During 2014, the Company has been gradually implementing the new operating model at all levels of business management. As a result of the audit and analysis of the Company's business, business processes were revised, organizational structure was changed, and functional frameworks were created. Moreover, a decision was made to restructure certain branches and to integrate their functions into the relevant regional branches and Corporate Center. New regional structure was introduced with the aim of improving the competitive advantage in the market of telecommunications services.
Restructuring also concerns structural units providing construction, operation and management of primary network. These structural units are now being integrated into the single technical framework of the Corporate Center and macroregions, which increases network performance and quality of services provided.
All changes were designed to exclude overlapping of functions in the Company, streamline internal business processes and increase the speed of decision making.
In the past year, the Operator laid the foundation for future quality changes in customer care and interaction.
Ukrtelecom will continue to create modern and efficient business in 2015.
