Bakcell Opens New Customer Service Center
OREANDA-NEWS. December 30, 2014. Bakcell – the First Mobile Operator and Leading Mobile Internet Provider of Azerbaijan, continues to expand its network of sales and service centers in the country’s regions, in order to bring its services and products even closer to Customers. Thus, a new Customer Service Center and dealer store of Bakcell were opened yesterday at the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
The opening ceremony was also attended by Ali Mikayilov, the deputy minister of Communications and New Technologies of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. Expressing his congratulations to “Bakcell”, Mr. Mikayilov has noted that he is very pleased to see the company’s activities being expanded in Nakhchivan.
“We have a regional development strategy to make our services and products more accessible for our subscribers living in different regions of Azerbaijan. Nakhchivan holds a special place amongst these regions. In particular, we’ve worked hard during the last six months, in order to expand our operations here. The results of the efforts are already visible: today we are opening a new service center and a dealer shop in Nakhchivan. Moreover, a mobile sales vehicle is starting to operate for the first time on the territory of the Autonomous Republic. We are witnessing how fast this region is developing, and Bakcell is very pleased to be a part of this development. BakcellIM Sales and Customer Service Center offers full range of services for the subscribers at the address of Nakhchivan city, Tabriz street 1.
Various gifts were presented to the guests, during the opening ceremony of the dealer shop, located at the address of Nakhchivan city, Heydar Aliyev avenue 37.
During the opening ceremony, the guests were also introduced to Bakcell’s mobile sales and service point, which is the first of its kind in Nakhchivan. The center is set up on the special vehicle and will provide services for the Bakcell subscribers on the whole territory of the Autonomous Republic. Within the frames of the campaign, the subscribers who acquire free of charge numbers with the DogmaCIN tariff from this mobile center will get a 30 minute bonus every month for a period of 6 months.
It should be noted that DogmaCIN subscribers pay only 2 qepiks for a minute of on-net calls, and 4 qepiks for a minute of off-net calls.
In addition, Sur@ Internet package for 3 months and free of charge Sur@ data card can be received for only 18 AZN under the terms of the campaign intended for Nakhchivan. Being committed to its “Get closer” philosophy, Bakcell will continue expanding its network of sales and service centers, in order to make its products and services even closer and more accessible for its customers.
