OREANDA-NEWS. The Presidium of the Court on Intellectual Property Rightsruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – JSC VEROPHARM in an appeal on the Russian Patent Office Decision on extension of patent RU 2481827 term.

The Presidium of the Intellectual Property Court upheld the Decision of  the Intellectual Property Court according to which the Court obliged the Russian Patent Office to annul the extension of the patent RU 2481827.
